- Content: uploaded images and generated visuals.
- Usage data: credits consumed, generations created, features used, subscription history.
- Technical data: browser type and version, IP address, device, operating system, and approximate geolocation derived from IP (for currency).
How we use data
We use your data to provide and maintain the service, process payments and manage subscriptions, store and deliver your content, communicate with you, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce the terms of use, and improve the platform.

- Contract performance: service delivery, payments, subscription management.

- Payment provider: manages subscriptions and credit purchases.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure: encrypted storage of images and generated content.
- AI services: image processing for generation, upscaling and background removal.

- Important: your uploaded images and generated content are NOT used to train AI models.

Data retention
- Account data: for the duration of the account, then up to 2 years after deletion.
- Generated content: for the duration of the account; deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Payment records: 7 years (accounting and tax obligations).
- Server logs and analytics: up to 90 days for technical logs, 14 months for analytics data.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@clotheslook.com (response within 30 days). EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
California residents' rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request to know what data is collected, request its deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of their data, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
ClothesLook does not sell your personal information.
Acceptable use and moderation
The following are prohibited: pornographic or sexually explicit content, violence, content involving minors, hate speech, intellectual property infringement, and fraudulent or illegal content.
Measures may range from a warning to permanent account deletion, and reporting to the authorities for serious violations.
Automated decisions
We use automated systems to detect violations and prevent abuse. You may request human review of an automated decision at contact@clotheslook.com.
Data security
HTTPS/TLS encryption of data in transit, hashed passwords, encryption at rest, token-based authentication, and regular security audits.
International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence. For EEA users, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Children's privacy
ClothesLook is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Any data collected by mistake from a minor will be deleted. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided us with data.
Changes
This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be notified by email or in the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
